Some of the oldest, low yielding Syrah vines of the estate are vinified separately producing this wine. Extended maceration of the skins and alcoholic fermentation last about 20 days, follows malolactic fermentation and after that barrel ageing in French oak barrels in the underground cellar. The old Cellar Megapanos

Deep ruby colour, aromas of sour cherry, plum, blackberry and the discreet presence of cinnamon acquired from the barrels of Greek oak. It possesses a particularly rich body with rounded tannins. The after taste is long with a strong smoky flavour towards the end.
