Chardonnay Gerovassiliou
A wine produced from Chardonnay, which was planted in the estate back in 1983. After skin contact it is fermented in French oak barrels and then remains in contact with its primary yeast lees for a few months, gaining creaminess and excellent varietal essence of character. Bright pale yellow in colour with a rich mouthfeel, honeyed texture and citrusy scents on the palate, as well as nuances of dried nuts and vanilla.

Impressive ruby red colour, with a rich bouquet of ripe red fruit, plum, cherry and even red pepper elegantly framed by the aromas of ageing, such as smoke and pepper. Balanced, with a rich structure, a strong character and long aromatic aftertaste. Good to be paired with Red meat dishes with a strong taste and yellow cheeses. Naoussa Boutari
Typical, classic wine of Naoussa. Deep red colour with an intense personality. It produces a rich bouquet of ripe red fruit, blackberry and plum, together with sun-dried tomato and the aromas derived from ageing, cinnamon and wood. A rich body, good balance and structure, soft tannins in its finish. Best served with red meat dishes, pasta with red sauces and with yellow cheeses.
Cavino Imiglykos
Red colour of good intensity. Aromas of red fruit and jam. Sugary with velvety tannins that maintain a balanced palate. Pleasant, fruity finish. It may be paired with sweet & sour meats and intensely seasoned dishes.
Merlot Boutari
Impressive deep red colour and intense aroma of red fruit, dominated by strawberry, blackberry and sweet spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon. Very good structure, balance, fatty and excellent aftertaste. Best accompanied with red meats with sweet vegetables and pasta with sweet sauces.

Deep red colour, violet hues. Aromatic notes of red fruits, chocolate, vanilla. Full-bodied, balanced with well-processed, mild tannins. The woody notes offer an attractive wine, with a long after-taste. Ideal with pasta, meat stews and yellow cheese.

Deep purple colour with vibrant red hues. Aromatic notes of red fruit syrup, lavender, dark chocolate. Elegant, with good structure and soft tannins. The finish offers a long after-taste of roasted fruits. Ideal with red meat stews or cheese platters.

Red colour with terracotta hues. Aromatic notes of dried fruit (plum, fig, raisin). Warm, sweet with notes of tannins that enhance its structure. Ideal with salty dishes (spicy cheese dip), syrup desserts and fruits.
Nemea Palivou Estate
Still a dark red color although with a slightly brown brim. Lovely nose with scents of dried leather, dark cherries and blackcurrants, freshly picked herbes de Provence, licorice and humus. Some toasted scents adds depth. On the palate the tannin structure is completely different to the Anemos. Also the acidity reveals the higher altitude fruit. Domain Mega Spileo Red
Deep red color with lively red tints. Complex aromatics of laurel, white pepper, gooseberry marmalade, leather and sweetish wooden background (vanilla, chocolate). Balanced finesse taste with soft tannins. Superb powerful structure supported by great equilibrium of alcohol and acidity. Long and pleasant finish.
