Full wine of good taste and generally easy to combine with foods. This wine is aged for one year in French oak barrel. You can make out the flavours of Vanilla, clove, pepper and generally spices. It goes well with grilled meats, duck and surprisingly enough with Asian dishes too.
A wine produced from Chardonnay, which was planted in the estate back in 1983. After skin contact it is fermented in French oak barrels and then remains in contact with its primary yeast lees for a few months, gaining creaminess and excellent varietal essence of character. Bright pale yellow in colour with a rich mouthfeel, honeyed texture and citrusy scents on the palate, as well as nuances of dried nuts and vanilla.
Intense red colour and a tendency towards violet tints. Rich aroma of ripe fruit (cherry, fig and black currant), blending harmoniously with the aromas of ageing, wood, cinnamon, and enhancing its complexity. Well-structured, with finesse, soft tannins at the finish and a particularly long pleasant aftertaste. Goes well with red roasted meat dishes with sweet sauces and yellow cheeses.
Typical, classic wine of Naoussa. Deep red colour with an intense personality. It produces a rich bouquet of ripe red fruit, blackberry and plum, together with sun-dried tomato and the aromas derived from ageing, cinnamon and wood. A rich body, good balance and structure, soft tannins in its finish. Best served with red meat dishes, pasta with red sauces and with yellow cheeses.
A rich wine with a deep red colour and terracotta tints. The sweet aromas of dried fruit, dominated by tomato and fig, blend with the aromas of ageing, like cinnamon, vanilla, wood and spices. A potent wine, with a body characterized by an abundance of mature tannins, a result of the long ageing process. Lasting aftertaste. Best paired with game, red meats and spicy cheeses.
Deep red colour with aromas of black cherry and plum together with the discreet presence of cinnamon aromas that have been acquired from aging in barrels of Greek oak, which at the same time softens the tannins and produces a velvety texture. The after taste is very intense with a strong presence of smoky flavours.
Impressive deep red colour and intense aroma of red fruit, dominated by strawberry, blackberry and sweet spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon. Very good structure, balance, fatty and excellent aftertaste. Best accompanied with red meats with sweet vegetables and pasta with sweet sauces.
