Typical, classic wine of Naoussa. Deep red colour with an intense personality. It produces a rich bouquet of ripe red fruit, blackberry and plum, together with sun-dried tomato and the aromas derived from ageing, cinnamon and wood. A rich body, good balance and structure, soft tannins in its finish. Best served with red meat dishes, pasta with red sauces and with yellow cheeses.
Deep red color with lively red tints. Complex aromatics of laurel, white pepper, gooseberry marmalade, leather and sweetish wooden background (vanilla, chocolate). Balanced finesse taste with soft tannins. Superb powerful structure supported by great equilibrium of alcohol and acidity. Long and pleasant finish.
A wine produced from Chardonnay, which was planted in the estate back in 1983. After skin contact it is fermented in French oak barrels and then remains in contact with its primary yeast lees for a few months, gaining creaminess and excellent varietal essence of character. Bright pale yellow in colour with a rich mouthfeel, honeyed texture and citrusy scents on the palate, as well as nuances of dried nuts and vanilla.
Still a dark red color although with a slightly brown brim. Lovely nose with scents of dried leather, dark cherries and blackcurrants, freshly picked herbes de Provence, licorice and humus. Some toasted scents adds depth. On the palate the tannin structure is completely different to the Anemos. Also the acidity reveals the higher altitude fruit. Dark berries, compost, leather and tobacco. Some vanilla. Elegant, quite long finish. The slightly dry tannin feel is first evident…

Full wine of good taste and generally easy to combine with foods. This wine is aged for one year in French oak barrel. You can make out the flavours of Vanilla, clove, pepper and generally spices. It goes well with grilled meats, duck and surprisingly enough with Asian dishes too.
