Bright pink colour, strong aroma of red fruit, dominated by cherry, pleasant palate, restless with a long-lasting aromatic aftertaste. Also served as an aperitif. This wine is produced from Sauvignon Blanc, that is cultivated in several blocks of the estate’s vineyards. After skin contact it is fermented in French oak barrels and then aged on its lees for a few months. It has a a bright yellow-gold colour, a bouquet of tropical notes including pineapple, melon and toasty vanilla on the palate. Length, complexity and structure are some of the oak’s benefits.
Balanced, delicate, smooth, rounded. This wine is aged for one year in French oak barrel. Flavours are mostly of seasonings (pepper, etc.), vanilla, cherry and generally red fruits. An excellent accompaniment for red meats, particularly beef and game cooked in various ways.
