Sauvignon Blanc Gerovassiliou

This wine is produced from Sauvignon Blanc, that is cultivated in several blocks of the estate’s vineyards. After skin contact it is fermented in French oak barrels and then aged on its lees for a few months. It has a a bright yellow-gold colour, a bouquet of tropical notes including pineapple, melon and toasty vanilla on the palate. Length, complexity and structure are some of the oak’s benefits.

Sauvignon Blanc Protopapas

Balanced, delicate, smooth, rounded. This wine is aged for one year in French oak barrel. Flavours are mostly of seasonings (pepper, etc.), vanilla, cherry and generally red fruits. An excellent accompaniment for red meats, particularly beef and game cooked in various ways.

Stone Hills Palivou

The Greek variety of Malagousia combined with the world famous Chardonnay. The fruity characters of Chardonnay with pineapples, bananas, apples and pears married uniquely with the more ripe characters of peach, apricot and orange of Malagousia. Chardonnay’s acidity softens from the pleasant mouth feel of Malagousia. A fragile balance creating a delicated wine. Accompanies well creasy fishes, seafood pasta, white meat, salads and cheeses

Syrah Boutari

Impressive ruby red colour, rich aroma of red forest fruit with blackberry and wild cherry prevalent, and a spicy character, dominated by the aromas of wood, pepper and smoke. Exceptional structure, rich body, intense tannins and a long aftertaste. Served with red meat with sauces and yellow cheeses.

Syrah Cavino

A selection from the best Achaia’s “terroirs” in their best maturity. The grapes are carefully and smoothly handled. The final blending and maturation takes place in the winery. This special wine is revealing the varietal characteristics and the potential of the region. Served at 16-18°C. Accompanies red meat and mature yellow cheeses.

Syrah Kthma Gerovassiliou

Some of the oldest, low yielding Syrah vines of the estate are vinified separately producing this wine. Extended maceration of the skins and alcoholic fermentation last about 20 days, follows malolactic fermentation and after that barrel ageing in French oak barrels in the underground cellar.
